On the fifteen
day on the third, one year after his enlightenment,
Buddha Sakyamuni expounded the Prajnaparamita
sutra on the Vulture peak thereby setting forth the second turning
of the wheel. Simultaneously, he manifested as the deity Kalachakra
at the Sri Dhanyakataka Stupa in southern India and taught the
Kalachakra Tantra
